STANDARD FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION OF HULL WELDS

船体焊缝无损探伤标准

Number,method for non-destructive inspection of hull welds of 59.6M WORK BOAT should be in accordance with ABS's “GUIDE FOR NONDESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION OF HULL WELDS ” SEPTEMBER 2011 (Updated February 2014),Section 2

船体焊缝无损探伤的数量、方法按照美国船级社(ABS)2011年版《船体焊缝无损探伤检验指南》中第2节“X射线检验”的有关要求进行。

一. Number and position of inspection

X射线探伤的数量和分布位置

1. Within the mid-ship of 0.6L,the minimum number of X-radiographic is obtained from the follow equation:

在船舯0.6L以内,X射线拍片数量由下式计算:

Where:

n=L(B+D)/46.5

式中:n-- the minimum number of checkpoints 最小拍片数量

L--Ship's length 船长 B—Width of ship 船宽 D—Depth of ship 型深

That is:

则:n=54.6*(13.8+5)/46.5=22

2. Longitudinal joints in the area of the upper and lower hull girder flange, transverse joints in the area of outside 0.6L amid ship and joints in rest of shell plating shall be subjected to non-destructive (Radiographic or ultrasonic) test on 10% of number“n”(of test positions) determined. 船壳上下翼缘区域内的纵向接头,船舯0. 6L以外的区域内横向接头以及外板其余部分的接头,均应进行无损(射线照相或超声波)检验。检验的位置数为拍片数量(n)的10%。

3. The length of film is 400mm in POET shipyard, accordingly increase 25% of the total number of radiographic.

船厂使用的底片长是400mm,因此需增加拍片总数的25%。

4. Because the erection joints of main hull is more than normal , relevant

we need add the number of radiographic.

因为主船体合拢缝数量较多,我们需要相对的增加X光拍片数量。 5. If the seam's length <400mm,according as it's length 若接头全长小于400mm,则按接头全长拍片。

6. Where in according with ABS’s Rules, ultrasonic test are performed instead of weld is to be tested in each case in place of the 360mm length of film. (Except for longitudinal framing.)

若按ABS规范用超声波检验代替射线照相,则每种情况下应检验1m长焊缝,代替400mm长的底片(纵骨接头按实长替代,探伤数不变)。 7. X-radiographic number is arranged as following table : 全船范围内,X射线拍片具体分配如下表:

8. The radiographic position should be carrier out in accordance with the drawing “Location of X-ray inspection of hull welds of BOAT”. X射线拍片位置,按船体焊缝无损探伤位置图进行。

9. In case that ABS surveyor doubt the quality of individual welding seams, random testing by additional X-ray or UT may be carried out at request of surveyor.

如果ABS验船师对某些部位焊缝有疑问,可以要求额外拍片或超声波探伤抽查。

二.Inspection method and criteria of welds quality evaluation. 质量评定标准

1. X-ray inspection of hull welds are to be in accordance with CB/T3558-94, Main deck /sheer strake/bilge strake /keel plate joint within 0.6L of midship, grade 1,2, is to be considered qualified;Another grade 1,2,3 is to be considered qualified.

船体焊缝X光探伤评定按照CB/T3558-94进行,其中船舯0.6L以内区域的主甲板、舷顶列板、舭列板、龙骨板的端接焊缝1,2级为合格;其余部分1,2,3级为合格。

2. If at some position X-ray inspection is impracticable due to structure、docking block and stages,etc. In accordance with the drawing “location of X-ray inspection of hull welds of 59.6M WORK BOAT ”. Such inspection is to be carried out in the vicinity of the position stipulated in the said drawing.

由于构件、楞木、脚手架等因素的影响,对“探伤位置图”中某些位置无法进行X射线探伤检验的,则可以经过与ABS验船师协商在图中规定位置近旁进行检验。 3. If need inspection of ultrasonic test, in accordance with CB/T3559-94, Main deck /sheer strake/bilge strake /keel plate joint within 0.6L of midship,grade 1,2, is to be considered qualified;Another grade 1,2,3 is to be considered qualified.

如需要超声波探伤检验,应按CB/T3559-94标准进行,其中船舯0.6L以内区域的主甲板、舷顶列板、舭列板、龙骨板的端接焊缝1,2级为合格;其余部分1,2,3级为合格。
