摘要：Methods and devices are provided for anastomosing tissue in the body. In oneexemplary embodiment, an anastomotic device is provided having an elongate tubularbody (12) that is disposable through a body lumen and that includes proximal and distalportions (12a, 12b). The proximal and distal portions can each include a plurality ofasymmetrical s-shaped slits (14a, 14b) and can each be adapted to expand upon rotationto form proximal and distal wings (16). The proximal and distal wings can extend towardone another to engage tissue therebetween and thereby form a passageway through thetissue.
