Recreational(娱乐的) Activities
In modern society, there are more and more all kinds of recreational activities, such as skating, swimming, dancing, watching TV, surfing the Internet, playing computer games.
On the one hand, we can benefit from recreational activities. We go skating or running regularly, which is good for our health. When we feel tired, we can surf the Internet or play some simple computer games to relax. On the other hand, recreational activities maybe are harmful for us. If we are addicted to computer games, our eyesight will fate and we’ll feel exhausted. Therefore, we can come to a conclusion that what we can get from recreational activities depends on whether we do them within a certain limit. Of course, there are some not healthy recreational activities at all. We should resist them confirmedly.
As a college student, I think we should have a right attitude to various recreational activities. We should choose healthy and positive recreational activities to participate. Meanwhile, we have to do them within a certain limit. Only do that can we benefit from
recreational activities.
