摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for an electronic componentattachment device which enables downsizing of a nozzle holder and improvement offiltration performance of a filter and workability during attachment/detachment in astructure including the cartridge having the filter which filters air suctioned from anozzle.SOLUTION: A structure of a cartridge 60 which houses a nozzle holder 19 includes:a filter holder 61 having an interior space 61a penetrating from one end part 61b to theother end part 61c; a filter 62 which is disposed at the interior space 61a and filters airsuctioned from a nozzle passage 20g; an annular packing 63 which contacts with astopper 41c provided at a back part of an insertion hole 41 and connects a vent hole 40awith the interior space 61a in an airtight manner; and a pad part which contacts with amounted part 20c inserted into the insertion hole 41 and connects the nozzle passage20g with the interior space 61a in the airtight manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
