摘要：A method of reducing vibration in equipment having first and secondmechanically connected subassemblies is disclosed. A sensor is disposed on the firstsubassembly. A vibration from the sensor is recorded. The vibration is attributable to a
composite mechanical operation of the first and second subassemblies of the equipment.The vibration data representative of the vibration is provided to a remote system forvibration analysis. A system for performing vibration analysis of equipment having firstand second mechanically connected subassemblies is disclosed. A sensor is adapted formounting to the first subassembly The sensor is capable of recording a vibrationattributed a composite mechanical operation of the first and second subassemblies ofthe equipment. A recorder is coupled to the sensor. A vibration analyzer receives thevibration data and performs vibration analysis of the equipment from the vibration data.
