摘要：A networking device (100) comprising a main power supply input (111) and aredundant power supply input (112) is disclosed. The networking device is operable in areconfiguration mode (204) in which operational parameters of the networking device are
reconfigurable, and in an operation mode in which the networking device is operableaccording to the operational parameters. The networking device is further configured toperform the steps of i) receiving a reconfiguration instruction; and thereafter, ii) detectingwhether a predefined condition occurs on the redundant power supply input within apredefined time window; and, when the predefined condition is detected, iii) entering thereconfiguration mode; and, when the predefined condition is not detected, iv) enteringthe operation mode.
