Nowadays,with the development of teaching management and teaching methods,people are paying more and more attention to Teacher-student Relationship.It has been widely accepted that cultivating an equal,harmonious and affective environment between teachers and students will have positive effects on the study for many students.

However,there are some problems exist in today’s Teacher-student Relationship both in teachers’ and students’ aspect.First of all,many students agree that their teachers care about the top students more than other students. That is to say, most of the teachers are partial to particular students.Secondly, there are some misunderstandings in teacher’s old concepts. Most of them are still “score-oriented”,for that they judge students only by the scores the students get. The third problem is that teachers often lack humor which make the process of studying is boring.Besides,students are not willing to respect teacher. During the class time, many of the students may doze off, speak with friends, eat snacks, and even run out from class or make fun of teachers.

But it is absolutely true that this problems mentioned above do harm to Teacher-student Relationship.Indeed, in this society where students are becoming increasingly

independent-minded,cultivating

a

Teacher-student Relationship seems to be even more important and agent.

For teachers,they should pay attention to all students and respect every

student.They should make friends with students and devote all the love to them,which means that they can not only care for good students but also care for backward students.Teacher’s fair love not only can gain trust and respect from students, but also can arouse students’ interest in the subject the teacher is teaching.Besides,to set up a good teacher-student relationship,a teacher’s behaviour is important.The teacher should motivate the students so that they want to learn.And the teacher with patience and understanding encourages the student instead of pushing or forcing him.

Since both the teacher and the students are factors that affect the Teacher-Student Relationship, it’s not only the teacher’s obligation to establish the harmonious teacher-student relationship. This relationship also needs students’ active coordination.For students, they should learn better by changing their learning attitudes.Not only should they have confidence in and pay respect for their teachers,but also ask sensibly,study spontaneously and learn persistently.Only in this way,will the result be fruitful.

To sum up,teacher-student relationship plays a very important role in students’ learning.As long as we create a good relationship between teachers and students,can learning become enjoyable and well mutually understandable.

The advantages and disadvantages of using the Internet to write academic

However,not all the influences of using the internet to write academic papers are positive.A recent survey shows that academic plagiarism has become one of the most serious problems in academic circles,especially among college students.The reason why academic plagiarism is so widespread is that students usually using internet to copy others’ opinions.Even worse,it is harm to the students’ creativity and the ability of independent thinking,which isn’t good to their growth.

In short ,using the internet to write academic papers has advantages and disadvantages .
