石板塘村位于煎茶镇西面10公里处，东与川岩村相邻、南与小溪村接
壤、西连复兴镇堰盆村、北接复兴镇联合村。辖区内有7个村民组，396户1519人，全村面积4.9平方公里，耕地面积3280亩。主要产业有粮食作物，烤烟、茶叶、中药材、畜牧养殖等。农民人均纯收入8586元。
